Les joined Petrotechnics in 2005 and is responsible for the development of our practitioner based consulting team. The Petrotechnics heritage is to place great value on operations knowledge and experience and to work closely with our clients to deliver sustained improvements to the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of oil and gas operations.

Les has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas business, in onshore and offshore operational management and leading edge technical experience - acquired through a career with BP that spanned their Chemicals, Oil and Exploration businesses. He has been a management consultant since 2003 and has a passion for business performance and operations excellence. He is innovative and challenging in achieving results for clients and believes in the great innate talent of human beings.

Les is a graduate of the University of Paisley where he studied industrial chemistry and chemical engineering. He is a keen sailor and enjoys golf.
