Performing Authority Course
Equivalent to Level A
The aim of the course is for the delegate(s) to achieve classroom competency in the use of ISSOW as a Performing Authority.
The course covers the following topics:
- Access Software
- Work Control Certificate (WCC) - Types and Categories
- How to create a WCC
- Level 1 Risk Assessment (L1RA)
- Certificate Search
- Copy/ Edit function for WCC
- WCC Lifecycle
- Routines
A Formal assessment process is included to demonstrate delegates understanding of ISSOW and the taught material.
The target audience (typically Performing Authority) includes those who in their normal day to day duties are required to:
- Create WCCs (incl. risk assessment)
- Accept WCCs
- Conduct TRIC/TRIM/TBT
- Suspend WCC
- Job Complete WCCs
Available via facilitated e-learning or instructor led classroom Course.
Delegates are expected to have basic IT skills.
