Isolating Authority 1/2 day course
Equivalent to Level B
The aim of the course is for the delegate(s) to achieve understanding of ISSOW and how to create, authorise and implement isolations.
The course covers the following topics:
- Isolation Business Process (SIRP)
- Create WCC Copy and include Isolation
- Create stand alone isolation certificate (ICC)
- Edit an ICC and Implement an Isolation
- Take isolations through the authorisation process
- De-Isolation for Test
A Formal assessment process is included to demonstrate delegates understanding of ISSOW and the taught material.
The target audience (typically Isolating Authority) includes those who in their normal day to day duties may be required to apply isolations.
Courses normally take place over a half day period
Delegates are expected to have successfully completed the Level 1 Performing Authority course prior to attending this course.
