Introduction (Level 5)
The aim of the course is for the delegate(s) to use ISSOW to promote effective business process implementation.
The course covers the following topics:
- Scene Setting - DILO (day in the life of) several WCCs. Includes all referenced ICCs, SCCs, and associated workpack documentation (from creation to archive).
- Conduct Planning Meeting (as part of DILO)
- Implementation Plan
- ISSOW Change Proposal System
- System Failure
- Workpacks
- Complex cross referencing WCCs & SCCs
Course is targeted at individuals who have extensive ISSOW experience, but need to enhance their awareness of the interface between functionality and business process.
Assessment is focused on knowledge of business process and its interaction with ISSOW, and is based on delegate(s) ability to complete a series of tasks.
Courses normally take place over a 1 day period (0815 to 1700)
Delegates are expected to have extensive working knowledge of ISSOW.
